May 2022
******We are just a little bit proud to be able to announce that Florence - Daervlish Elevation JW won her third and crowning CC at Bath Champ Show 30 May 2022 - judge on the day was Maria Harding, well known and respected from the Pringham Kennel******
We are delighted to advise that we have TWO qualifiers for the prestigious Dog of the Year Event 2022 - our own Daervlish Elevation, and her cousin Daervlish Ordinary Love at Birleyvale!! We are so pleased and proud, as you can imagine! Watch out for the results early June.
We headed locally first weekend in May to Stafford Showground, where Birmingham National hold their all breed championship show. Wow what a day to remember. Bridget - Manic Picture this for Daervlish - won another Post Graduate Class, but star of the day was Florence - Daervlish Elevation JW - who won her second CC to add to her CC and 4 reserve CC's! We shall be plugging away for her crowning third. Fingers crossed!!!
Another busy one!! Debbi head North very end of April with the honour of Judging the males at Tyne Wear & Tees Boxer Club - she was delighted with her principal winners and thoroughly enjoyed her day. April 2022
We were absolutely delighted with weekend of 3 April, where our homebred Daervlish Elevation JW 4RCC's won the CC under breed judge Mark Beardow and BIS then followed as awarded by top all rounder Derek Smith .... We are absolutely delighted!! Not to be outdone, young Bridget - Manic Picture This for Daervlish - won another lovely Post Graduate Class! She was then handled in the challenge by Ash who, we have to say, made a grand job, and it was a lovely moment seeing both girls in the live feed videos of the unbeaten bitch line-up!!
January 2022
Well, another year upon us and another start to a show year. We were so pleased with the performances of our team and look forward to 2022 with excitement - particularly as we have watched young Manic Picture This for Daervlish win quite a few of her classes and be shortlisted for the CC several times, too! She is a slow maturer, just how we like them, and we are very excited for the future with her!
Her partner in crime - Daervlish Elevation JW 4RCC:s - is now up in Open having won her way out of Limit. We are determined to get that championship title for her and shall campaign her therefore with determination!
Our Veteran Ch Dennis - Daervlish All Because of You JW - is now over 10 - he may make a few select appearances here and there but, at his last show, he won his class again, lapping up the attention and taking everything in his stride, as he always has!
We do hope to have news on puppies before too long - please check back later in the Spring for updates.
January 2021
We hope everyone had a restful Christmas and good New Year - restrictions permitting of course.
With the great news regarding vaccines, we do hope this makes significant changes for us all going forward, and ultimately life back to some normality as we know it. We do hope that that can then extend to breeding plans for the spring.
In the meantime, stay safe and stay well ...
December 2020
Well, what can we say about this year that hasn't already been covered .... whilst the show scene has been a complete write off, and so many families affected by this most dreadful COVID-19 disease, we are just grateful to be safe and well.
There are glimmers of course of some form of return to normality given the vaccine, however we remain very guarded and so took the decision that we would not be mating at bitches whilst the disease is still so prevalent.
It just remains for us to wish you all a safe Christmas shared with your loved ones and we look forward to 2021 with optimism and the faith that we can eradicate C-19 and continue to cherish our friends, families and of course our beloved boxers ....
January 2020
A very Happy New Year to all our visitors. We are very much looking forward to the new coming show year and indeed introducing a new hopeful to the Team!!!

Young Florence - Daervlish Elevation - did it again at The Trent Boxer Championship Show - winning her Yearling Class under Breed Specialist Judge Graham Mullis (Idleforde). He then went on to select her for his last 4 for the CC!! Go Flo!!!
September
We took a trip to Darlington in September, where the Ch Show was also the venue for breed club Tyne Wear & Tees to hold their show in conjunction. Judge for the day was boxer specialist Jackie Drew, who made our Daervlish Elevation - Flo - her choice for BIS from her Junior Bitch class!!
A huge well done too to Val & Kevin McVay with their Daervlish Love Rescue Me at Lochsunart, who was 2nd at the Ch Show in a splendid Post Grad class!! Go Jazzabelle!

Keep a look out too for her Daervlish cousin kennel mates flying the flag for Debbie & Matt Payne and for Val & Kevin McVay...

January-March
Wow - what a few months it's been in the showring!!
Daervlish Elevation has notched numerous class wins and Best Puppy in Breed at Ch Shows, together with Best Puppy and Best Overall in Special Event - we are absolutely thrilled with her! She now leaves the puppy classes behind and joins the "big girls". We are super excited about this lovely youngster and truly hope she follows in her Champion Mother's paw-steps. It's early days, but we are absolutely delighted with her and her show career so far. A huge thank you to all the judges - home and abroad - who have thought so highly of her.
We are proud also of litter brother and sister duo Daervlish Ordinary Love for Birleyvale (Debbie & Matt Payne) and Daervlish Love Rescue Me at Lochsunart (Val & Kevin McVay). Both puppies have had a splendid career and we are super proud of them both flying the Daervlish flag for us in the showring. They too have just left Puppy and venture out into the Junior classes. We wish them all the very best and continued success!
Not to be outdone in the Veteran Stakes, Ch Daervlish All Because of You JW has notched three Best Veteran in Show award on the trot - Midland Boxer Ch, South Wales Ch and also Crufts 2019 - sincere thanks to all judges concerned.
It was also an extremely sad period for us as we had to say goodbye to Beautiful Day For Daervlish JW. He has given us so much over the years, was unlucky not to have been made up to a Champion but nonetheless leaves a legacy in his progeny, namely his lovely daughter Daervlish Do You Feel Loved together with her progeny - Ordinary Love and Love Rescue Me. Thank you, son, you did us proud.
December
White Rabbits, White Rabbits, White Rabbits!!! It was another lucky day for Daervlish Elevation, as she notched another class win from a beautiful set of minor puppy bitches at the Cotswold Boxer Ch Show under respected USA Judge Peggy Beisel-McIlwaine!!
October/November
The two puppy sisters continued their winning ways with Daervlish Elevation winning her class, BPB & BPIB at Midland Counties!! She then repeated that at Working & Pastoral Breeds Association Scotland!!!
In Scotland, Achtung Baby won her class too!! What a day!
Autumn
Well, we have had such an amazing last few weeks........ Where to start ...!!?? Our new babies Daervlish Achtung Baby and Daervlish Elevation have certainly had a lovely, lovely start to their show careers. These litter sisters were almost literally thrown in at the deep end(!) as they popped a paw into the Irish sea for their first show in Belfast in September. At the Irish Boxer Ch Show, D. Elevation won her class under breed specialist Tony Curtain, with D. Achtung Baby taking 3rd.
However the highlight of the annual Irish pilgrimage has to be that Daervlish Miss Sarajevo gained her crown under Tony. To say we are delighted and proud as is an understatement. Sarajevo is of course full litter sibling to Ch Dennis (Daervlish All Because of You JW).
The following day at Belfast Championship Show, they swapped places with D. Achtung Baby winning under breed specialist Jo Cairns, and sister D. Elevation was second.
Their half brother Daervlish Ordinary Love with Birleyvale also won his classes both days!!! Ordinary Love's litter sister Daervlish Love Resue Me at Lochsunart was shown at Darlington and qualified first time out for Crufts for her proud owners Val and Kev McVay!!! We are super proud as you can imagine .....!!
STOP PRESS : TRENT BOXER CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP SHOW 6 OCTOBER
DAERVLISH ELEVATION WINS MPB & BPBIB!!
Summer 2018!
We had the summer mostly away from the shows, whilst we nurtured our latest babies and also took time out to concentrate on our two home run businesses. It was refreshing to step away and take stock, catch up on those long overdue jobs in and around the kennels, etc!
July also saw Debbi award her third set o CC's at Windsor Championship Show - an appointment she had been looking to for time time and the day didn't disappoint culminating in the biggest entry in the Working Group that day plus having the pleasure of judging some absolutely smashing dogs and bitches which must auger well for the future of our beloved breed.
May
We are delighted to advise that we have a crop of super little hopefuls making their debut shortly. See them on the newrecruits page!!!
We wish the very best of luck to:

We were thrilled with Daervlish Miss Sarajevo winning the RCC at Midland Counties!!! She is now in Open having won her way out, taking the Limit Bitch class at Driffield the week before! We hope her crown is not too far away!
***
Our sincere apologies for the lack of news on the page - we've been concentrating full on with our two home-run businesses with not much time to spent on updating the pages(!)
Back on track now, though, and ready to roll!! Watch this space - we also hope to have puppy news for the end of 2017
**********************************************************************************************
December
***WISHING EVERYONE A VERY HAPPY CHRISTMAS AND A PROSPEROUS, HAPPY & HEALTHY 2017 ***
What an end to the 2016 Show Year!!! Under respected breed judge Barbara Murray, Ch Dennis takes the CC at LKA Ch Show, NEC. That takes his tally this year to 4CC's and 1RCC, culminating in 5CC's, 2RCC's to date!!
Not to be outdone, his red and white litter sister D. Miss Sarajevo has 2CC's and 1RCC, and their half sister kennel mate Daervlish Do You Feel Loved has not been unplaced at pretty much every one of her shows!
We are hoping for babies in the Spring, however, as D. Miss Sarajevo takes time out for her first litter.
Serious, genuine enquiries welcome.
November
We may have an older dark brindle and white bitch puppy available to a knowledgeable, approved home.
Genuine enquiries welcome.
August, September, October
It's been a busy few months again with holidays, etc., but we're back at the helm and apologise for the delay in any updates. In August, Ch Dennis added to his tally of CC's with another CC & BOB at Paignton Ch Show under respected and well known Judge Lorraine Webb (Mauraine). He was also 2nd in his first Open Dog class since gaining his crown, under Judge Maria Harding (Pringham). Llitter sister D. Miss Sarajevo has also not let the side down, as she won a beautiful Limit Bitch Class at Paignton. Younger sibling D. Do You Feel Loved has also not been unplaced throughout the Summer and as we head into Autumn.
July
With apologies for the slight delay in updates, we can post most recently with the great news that homebred Daervlish All Because of You JW is now a UK Champion, having gained his crown under renown and respected breed specialist Miss Suzanne Carter (Susancar). To say we are thrilled is an understatement! Photos to follow!!
June
We are extremely excited to announce that Daervlish All Because of You JW gained his second CC at Border Union Ch Show, under well respected breed specialist Mrs Fearn Pynegar (Berwynfa). This takes his tally to 2CC's, 3RCC's - we are delighted as you can imagine!!
April
Daervlish all Because of You JW wins the RCC at The Northern Boxer Club Ch Show under breed specialist judge Mrs Alice Robinson (Robinsteck). Well done Dennis! We're over the moon, as you can imagine, together with the rest of the Daervlish show team who continue to win well for us!!
February/March
Crufts has again come and gone - where do the months fly to?! A super Limit Bitch win was to be had by Miss Sarajevo, with Do You Feel Loved and All Because of You both also being placed in their respective classes. Thank you to the day's breed specialist judge Stuart Lockwood-Brown (Shiloh).
At the Midland Boxer Club, both Miss Sarajevo and Do You Feel Loved scooped super seconds in their respective Limit and Junior Bitch classes and in fab company. We were particularly pleased with Meghan, seeing as she is very much an up and coming youngster having just left her puppy classes! Thank you to breed specialist Judge Eileen Kelly (Casemates).
January
Happy New Year!
Only 2 shows so far this year, and baby Daervlish Do You Feel Loved deserves special mention, having won her class under Breed Specialist Judge Steven Martin (Ollyville). She also went on to BPB, beaten for BPIS by the dog puppy who had won his first CC that day. Well done Meghan!
November/December
We ended the year having had such a great 12 months in the ring with baby puppy Daervlish Do You Feel Loved in contention for a place at Pup of the Year 2016, and our brother and sister duo All Because of You and Sarajevo both picking up green cards - we're optimistic that in 2016 they will gain their crowns - we sincerely hope so!! Thank you each and every judge this year that has played a part in our small kennel's successes ........
October
Another great weekend for the team, with a 1st in Limit Dog and down to the last 4 for the CC - London & Home Counties Boxer Ch Show - breed specialist Denise Mastaglio (Alexval)!!
I think we are just about recovered from the Irish weekend, which is tiring and a long hike but worth it for the fun and laughs! On return, it was Driffield Ch show literally a few days after, where our team did us proud, namely Daervlish Do You Feel Loved, our baby puppy, who was again 3rd in her puppy class. She's certainly consistent and we're pleased with her progress and her scope - she certainly takes everything in her stride! However, another weekend was soon upon us and with just enough time to repack the show bag(!) we were off to Newark for breed Ch Show, The Trent Boxer. Judges for the day were Sue Golds (Cascorike) in the bitch ring, and Amanda Jinks (Standard) in the dog ring. Daervlish Miss Sarajevo was fresh out having had the Irish weekend off, culminating in a cracking 2nd in Limit Bitch, which was a beautiful class of bitches to say the least, however the icing on the cake came from her brother Dennis, All Because of You, who won a bumper limit dog class and the RCC!! That brings their tallies to Yasmin: 2CC's and 1RCC .... Dennis: 1CC, 2RCC's ... we are proud as punch as you can imagine, particularly too with their baby half sister who, since her debut in August, has put in such a consistent performance...!
Autumn 2015
September is the Irish weekend, so off we traveled to Belfast where Liz Rallings (Zenmaxkay) awarded All Because of You 2nd in a super limit class. The following day it was turn of judge Marion Seeney, who awarded our new baby Meghan (Daervlish Do You Feel Loved) 3rd in a nice minor puppy bitch class and to follow on from her 2nd at Bournemouth!
Summer 2015!
Apologies first and foremost for the lack of news on the page! We've had much going on, including nursing our latest Daervlish litter, together with heavy workflows and a bit of play time for us with a few well-earned holiday breaks! That said, there's lots to catch-up on, in particular a huge congratulations to our beautiful homebred girl Yasmin - Daervlish Miss Sarajevo - who scooped her second CC at Leeds Ch show under breed specialist judge Steve McArdle (Mcarmadale Boxers). All Because of You, her full brother, has also done his fair share of winning including Windsor Ch show where we won limit and was short listed again for the CC.
New kid on the block Meghan - Daervlish Do You Feel Loved - was second and third at her very first shows (Bournemouth and Welsh KC's) and we feel she is a real asset to both the show team and indeed our breeding programme, so we look forward to campaigning her throughout the year.
Feb/March
We missed Crufts due to having our current litter on the ground, but we did get to South Wales and also Essex & Eastern Counties Ch Shows, where the team notched up a 2nd, 3rd and 4th in their Limit classes between them.
It's been busy as you can imagine having the babies around - and we welcomed 10 puppies to the world on 8 February 2015; 7 of whom were beautifully flashy, with super heads and bone and another lovely litter/successful pairing of Beautiful Day and Stellvana You Wear it Well. Look out for our new recruit - Daervlish Do You Feel Loved .....
January
We are please to announce that Daervlish Holy Joe will be representing us at the Puppy of the Year Contest, February 2015!! Also, upping the ante for the boys' side, was All Because of You, who at Boston Ch Show, he took Best Dog and Best of Breed under judge Dave Weller!
DAERVLISH MISS SARAJEVO RCC LONDON & HOME COUNTIES CH SHOW & SHORTLISTED FOR THE CC LKA DECEMBER 2014
DAERVLISH HOLY JOE BPIB PAIGNTON; BPD BOURNEMOUTH
DAERVLISH ALL BECAUSE OF YOU DOG CC AND BEST OF BREED AT BOURNEMOUTH!!!
November/December
We had a quiet time during November with a few weeks' off from the show circuit, however we ended the year with a bang, with Miss Sarajevo winning another beautiful Limit Bitch class, and being shortlisted for the CC under breed specialist judge Claire Kay (Secrest). It was a lovely way for her to finish her year's showing, along with her brother Dennis. They both now have a CC and Reserve CC to their credit, and half brother Holy Joe is a contender for the 2015 Pup of the Year Contest!!!! We're very proud!!!
October
It's been a great month so far for Miss Sarajevo who kicked off her break over the Summer with a cracking 2nd in Limit Bitch at the Trent Boxer under breed specialist judge Betty McDonald. However a fortnight later, she really upped the ante by winning Limit Bitch, being shortlisted in the challenge, and then bring home the RCC!! Judge that day was again a breed specialist, namely Nadia Maddocks - and a big thank you to both judges for thinking so highly of her. Sarajevo now has 1CC and 1RCC, matching her litter brother All Because of You in the Green Card stakes.
September
The boys are doing a grand job, continuing to keep the flag flying for us - it's never September already, surely?!
August
August saw Debbi award CC's in both sexes at The Scottish Kennel Club Ch Show, where her principal winners were:
DCC, BOB & Group 3 : Griffiths' Lanfrese Ocolardo
RDCC : Mairs' Carmondene Eureka at Glenauld
BCC : Pearce, Francis & Bell's Surfstone Boogie T'Nite with Longsdale
RBCC : Cook & Postance's Ch Manic Show Off
BPD : Miller's Walkon First Impression
BPB & BPIB : Mackay's Caljan Zoli Diamond
We are delighted that at Bournemouth ch Show under judge Brian Maurice Webb (Mauraine), Dennis's persistence paid off by winning the CC!!! Not to be outdone, puppy Lewis was hot on his heels winning his class and Best Puppy Dog!!! What a day - finished off by Best of Breed for Dennis and a few glasses of celebratory wine (to say the least!).
Success has carried over for us into August - we are proud to say that puppy Lewis has continued his winning ways with a class win in puppy under judge Janice Mair (Glenauld), Best Puppy Dog and Best Puppy in Breed!! This was preceded by All Because of You winning his post grad class the day before at the British Boxer ch show under Judge Isobel Edison (Visage). She also had him in her last few for the CC!!!!
Dennis was also 2nd in Post Grad at Paignton under Janice Mair and again called in to challenge for the RCC.
July
Phew - what a month! The summer shows pack in fast and at end of June saw us at Three Counties, with another win for Daervlish All Because of You and another shortlist for the CC. Kennelmate puppy Daervlish Holy Joe didn't let the side down either, with 2nd in his class. Judge was Fearn Pynegar (Berwynfa). We then made our annual trip to Windsor. Holy Joe upped the ante with a win in his class under judge Barbara Morison (Xandene). Then came the Midland Boxer and their summer show judged by Robert Vanston (Vandenrob). This was Lewis's day to shine, and boy did he, culminating in winning his puppy class, Best Puppy Dog and Reserve Best Dog!!!!
June
We had a fab weekend's showing in Scotland, culminating on the first day at the Scottish Kennel Club Ch Show (Judge Shirley Butters) with two 2nd's for both All Because of You and his half brother Holy Joe. Copious amounts of wine, pasta and laughs were had that evening in Livingstone courtesy of "Tony Macaroni" restaurant and the avid travellers we'd trekked North with, and next day at the Scottish Boxer, the boys upped the ante under Judge Greg Dowell, by both winning their classes and in excellent company!! Dennis was also
again shortlisted for the CC!!!
May
2nd, 3rd and 3rd were our placings at the latest Ch Show at Birmingham National a week ago! 2nd for All Because of You, and 3rd's respectively for Miss Sarajevo in a beautiful Limit Bitch Class, and Lewis in his last but one Minor Puppy Dog class. Our next trip is going to clock the miles - Edinburgh followed by Dumfries(!!). A weekend away with the show team for The Scottish KC Ch Show followed by the Scottish Boxer Club Ch Show. It's a long way to go to campaign, but hopefully will be worth the journey!
May here already?! Tyne & Wear was the venue for our latest show, and we were again pleased with the "boys", where it was another good 2nd in Post Grad for Dennis and 3rd for puppy/half brother Lewis in his minor puppy class.
April
A trip to the Merseyside Boxer Ch Show was well worth it Easter weekend. Both Daervlish All Because of You and half (baby) brother Daervlish Holy Joe won their classes respectively under Polish Judge Anna Bogaka. We were just a tad pleased with them!
March
Essex & Eastern Counties was our most recent outing, and following on from his 2nd place the week before, Lewis came home with another "blue", half brother Dennis was 3rd and making her debut this week was Lewis's sister Velma who brought home a most respectable 4th, given that this was her very first show! Judges for the day were Yvonne (Walkon) Miller doing the dogs, and Sid (Tynesider) Reilly doing bitches. Big thanks to both judges.
We've had two breed shows back to back, where our new babies made theIr debuts. First out was Lewis at South Wales Ch Show, where he was very much baby of the class but was awarded 2nd in his class. Kennelmate Dennis was 3rd in his class. A big thank you goes to breed Judge Sue Malcolm (Andsum).
March seemed to arrive in a flash! A busy month awaits, kicking off with the annual Dog of the Year Event at Coventry, quickly followed by Crufts where both Miss Sarajevo and All Because of You notched a 4th and 3rd resprectvely in their Limit and Post Grad Classes....
Our new kids Lewis and Velma also patiently await their debuts this month - look out for them.
February
We were quiet during February, and ventured only to the Midland Ch Show where Miss Sarajevo continued to hold her own in her Limit Class with a respectable 4th in hot company.
January
On to the Anglian Show we travelled most recently, with All Because of You (Dennis) taking a good second in his class. Baby puppies Lewis and Velma accompanied us on the trip and thoroughly enjoyed themselves, benching for the first time and having a taste of the show scene by both taking part in the puppy walk class. Thank you Claire Lock who kindly handled Lewis for us! You did a fab job!
Well, the new year is here and with it, the first show of the year, namely The Northern Boxer Club Show judged by breed specialist Sandra Huckerby (Norwilbeck Bellchime). Miss Sarajevo was 2nd in Open Bitch, but it was brother Dennis's turn in the limelight, with him winning Post Grad dog and Reserve Best Dog!!

Val & Kevin McVay with : Daervlish Love Rescue Me with Lochsunart(naf, taf)
Debbie & Matt Payne with : Daervlish Ordinary Love with Birleyvale (naf, taf)
Look out too for : Daervlish Songs of Xperienc, Daervlish Achtung Baby & Daervlish Elevation! Photos coming soon ....

December
We are scratching heads as to where 2017 has galloped to?!?!
However, we look back and reflect on another successful 12 months for a our small show kennel - and ending the year on a high with wins at LKA Ch Show for Daervlish Do You Feel Loved, plus 2nd's in Open Dog and Bitch respectively for our litter mates Ch Dennis and Miss Sarajevo.
We hope in 2018 to have new babies on the block - serious and genuine enquiries only ....

October/November
We were thrilled with Daervlish Miss Sarajevo winning the RCC at Midland Counties!!! She is now in Open having won her way out, taking the Limit Bitch class at Driffield the week before! We hope her crown is not too far away!
***
Our sincere apologies for the lack of news on the page - we've been concentrating full on with our two home-run businesses with not much time to spent on updating the pages(!)
Back on track now, though, and ready to roll!! Watch this space - we also hope to have puppy news for the end of 2017

December
We've had a good few weeks on the show scene with Dennis finishing off his show year with a very good 2nd at LKA under breed Judge Viv Matthews (Brubor). Sister Miss Sarajevo (Yasmin) went a little better(!). Under breed Judge Vikki Van-Beck at the Midland Boxer Club show, she was Best Bitch and Reserve Best in Show ....
***** WISHING EVERYONE A VERY HAPPY CHRISTMAS AND PROSPEROUS NEW YEAR *****
October/November
Here's a snapshot above and below of our last litter of babies born 20 August 2013 .... They're by our own Beautiful Day for Daervlish JW x Stellvana You Wear it Well for Manic.
Top row immediately above: Daervlish A Day Without Me ("Stanley") and Daervlish Holy Joe ("Lewis").
Bottom row (picture strip below) are the girls .... Daervlish Love and Peace ("Velma") and Daervlish Dirty Day ("Maddie")....
On the show front, a trip down south the weekend of 19 October took us almost to the gates of the infamous Mclaren super car site for our show at London and Home Counties Club. In fact our love of F1 and the Mclaren cars, plus our usual following of U2's catalogue of hits, gave new recruit "Lewis [Hamilton]" (Daervlish Holy Joe) his name. But back to the show - Daervlish all Because of You came away notching another yearling dog class win, in excellent company...
Sister Daervlish Miss Sarajevo was second in her class so although it was a one of the longer drives for us, it was certainly worth it!
We have predominantly been looking after our latest litter and they've certainly kept us busy to say the least! Especially as there were 11 of the little monkeys!
We have a couple of new hopefuls that we are keeping here at Daervlish as promising youngsters - look out for them and see also our
"new recruits" page.

September
We've been busy at shows, and are just a bit pleased(!) with Miss Sarajevo who has won her classes at Driffield and City of Birmingham (Breed Judges: Marion McArdle and Martin Wyles), together with a 2nd in Limit bitch to the ticket winner on the day at the Welsh KC (Breed Judge: Ton Watson). All Because of You has still been well in the cards. The rest of our time has been looking after our new crop of babies (see pic above), all 11 of them who arrived in August.
August
Best Dog & Best in Show ended July in style for us and for All Because of You, alongside his Yearling Class wins including National Working Breeds, Bournemouth and of course the Midland show where he was also BIS.
July
So far so good! We're still hot-footing it between shows and counties across the country with the weekend just gone being National Working Breeds weekend. Judge for the day was Fiona Godwin handing out her first set of CC's. All Because of You won a lovely Yearling Dog class and in good company.
We're also hoping to have puppies mid to end Summer - keep an eye on the website.....!
June
The show calendar notches up a gear in June and we've had a good run with some cracking 2nd's for both All Because of You and sister Miss Sarajevo. Competition in their classes is pretty hotly contested with them each having a green card, as have most of their classmates! June sees Winsdor, Three Counties, Southern Counties and a Blackpool one after the other. The mileage is clocking up on the transport but we're also notching up some lovely wins and placings!
May
Tyne & Wear, Birmingham National, Scottish KC and Scottish Boxer all ran one after the other in May, so it's been a full on few weeks. The flag has certainly been kept aloft with both youngsters notching more seconds in their respective Yearling Dog and Yearling Bitch classes and in super-quality competition. June is beckoning and our next show is Southern Counties meaning a weekend break for the petrol tank, handler and show team alike!
March/April
The North of England is our home for most of April with Ch shows at the Northern, Mancunian and Merseyside Boxer Clubs. We are extremely proud of Miss Sarajevo who has won all her junior classes at each show!!
Phew - what a month March provided to be!!
We then moved on to Essex & Eastern held at Wood Green in Cambridge. Judges for the day were Jean (Bontrapu) Grandfield with Dennis notching 2nd in his Junior class, and Norma (Donnymoor) Knox being in charge of the bitches. Yasmin won her class and then really upped the anti by being shortlsted for the CC and eventually winning her first CC and Best In Show over the Dog CC winner!! What a day to remember!
Crufts : we were still on a high following Dennis's first RCC at Manchester, however his sister Sarajevo is certainly matching him paw for paw, as at Crufts both of them came home with a super 3rd and 2nd respectively in their Junior classes. Judges for the day were two of the most respected boxer folk in the business - Tim (Winuwuk) Huchings and Yvonne (Walkon) Miller.
March is of course Crufts month! And so following on from a successful Pup of the Year Contest, we headed off to the NEC, Birmingham with just two entered this year - Dennis and Yasmin.
Both were in Special Junior and we were thrilled when Sarajevo gained a super 2nd in her class, and excellent 3rd was had for All Because of You in his respective class. Judges for the day were respected breed/UK judges Yvonne (Walkon) Miller looking after the bitches and Tim (Winuwuk) Hutchings casting an eye over the males.
February
The annual trip into Coventry for the gathering of the great and the good of boxerdom took place week ending 15 February. We had brother and sister All Because of You and Miss Sarajevo both qualified. Dennis felt great and really lapped up the applause on his lap of honour and made it to the cut of the remaining 8 puppies. However, it was to be Yasmin's turn to notch up the heat as she found herself in the LAST FOUR! We were a tad proud as you can imagine!
All Because of You officially gained his Junior Warrant first week of February and at only 14 months old!!
We are also very much looking forward to the National Pup of the Year taking place the weekend of 16 Febuary - both our youngsters are representing us and no doubt it will be another fab event with like minded boxer folk all under one roof for a great day of showing, fun, laughter and a whole lot more!
January
The Anglian Boxer Ch Show was also in January where All Because of You won his class, and sister Sarajevo was 3rd in hers. This win for Dennis gave him his Junior Warrant finishing points.
Manchester General Champ Show kicks of the calendar year and it was a great start to 2013 for Daervlish All Because of You (Dennis). He won a lovely Junior Dog class, and was awarded his first RCC!!!. Huge thanks to breed judge Wendy Brooks (Jinnybrux) for a fabulous day!! Not to be outdone, Miss Sarajevo was a very respectable 4th in her Junior Class.
A trip to the Northern Boxer Club was January's first show, where All Because of You was 2nd in a good Junior Class, with Sarajevo winning her's. It was Yasmin this time who showed brother Dennis a thing of two, being shortlisted to the final few for Best Bitch in show. Judge was respected international handler and boxer enthusiast from across the miles - Diego Garcia, USA/Argentina.
December
At Ashbourne & District Open Show, we were glad to have a small outing locally to Stoneleigh and to blow away the Christmas cobwebs! Both All Because of You and Sarajevo won their classes, and were Best of Best and Reserve Best of Breed respectively. It was All Because of You's turn in the spotlight with a cracking Group 4 from respected Judge Lorraine Webb (Mauraine). And the duo are still only just 14 months a piece....
May we wish all Daervlish Boxers and regular followers of our website a VERY HAPPY CHRISTMAS and NEW YEAR!!!! We look forward to a happy, healthy and successful 2013 ... do visit us again soon...!
Phew, another show year over - where does the time fly to!! The show team are looking forward to a bit of time off and I think the car and mileometer will too!!
November
November is upon us already, and the month was kicked off with a very short drive to the Midland Boxer Club Open Show. With Sarajevo and All Because of You now out of puppy, this was their first show in with the big kids!
All Because of You won his Junior Dog class, as did Sarajevo who was in Novice. Dennis, at just 12 months and a smidgen was also RBD - thank you very much indeed to Judge Joe Chadwick (Lacreme).

Midland Counties Ch Show was our last show with All Because of You and Miss Sarajevo in puppy. They went out in style and form with a win for Dennis and a lovely 2nd for Yasmin. Icing on the cake was another Best Puppy Dog for Dennis - thank you to Australian Judge David Strathen, and all other judges who have thought so highly of them during their puppy careers - up now to the big boys and girls classes!!!
The October shows are almost at an end, and London & Home Counties Boxer Club were host to last weekend's championship show. All Beacause of You won another puppy class and also took Best Puppy Dog - judge was Monique Hodgkinson from South Africa. Beautiful Day certainly put up an excellent show also that day with second in his Limit Dog class out of 21 entered .... Sarajevo notched a respectable VHC. Their puppy careers are almost at an end as they turn a year old come 28 October. We have certainly had some great fun with them in their first 6 months' showing and we are keeping fingers crossed they both remain in the Pup of the Year Contest come February.... Watch this space!

Still in October, and the puppies have been notching up further wins and excellent placings.
At the Northern Boxer Club Open Show, Sue Golds (Cascorike) judged the Special Puppy Event, with All Because of You winning class, as did Miss Sarajevo, but making Miss Sarajevo Best Puppy Bitch!
Sue Mullis took over the reins for the Open Show with both puppies winning their respective classes. However, Dennis turned tables on sister Yasmin again, by winning Best Puppy Dog and Best Puppy in Show - a huge thank you to Sue and his second Best Puppy in Show in less than a month!
At the Trent Boxer Club and following on from the Irish Weekend, under Toni Piasentin, Miss Sarajevo was 2nd in her puppy class, mirrored over in the dog ring by ALl Because of You with 2nd in his class under respected judge Liz Cartlidge.

October
Another Irish weekend awaited us very end of Sept/beginning of October and this year's shows were as successful as they were fun! Starting with the puppies, All Because of You and Miss Sarajevo - they were both 2nd in their respective classes under first Judge Brenda Groves (Jimbren), and kennel mate Beautiful Day didn't let the side down, taking 3rd in his Limit Dog class, behind the eventual ticket winner..... The following day saw Carol Chippendale in the driving seat judging, and she made All Because of You 2nd, Beautiful Day 2nd, and Sarajevo 1st in her class and also Best Puppy Bitch!! A good weekend overall for the team!
September
Anglian Boxer Club, 16 September : we were just a litle pleased when Daervlish All Because of You won his Puppy Stakes class under breed judge Andrea Wimbush (Redmol), however he went even better in the Open Show itself on the same day, winning Best Dog, Best Opposite Sex and Best Puppy in Show under Nikki Cannon (Flashnik). This follows his Best Puppy and Puppy Group 1 just 2 weeks ago and he is only 10.5 months old!!
August
More August news ..... We skipped out Welsh KC and also Scottish KC and plumped for a more the more local Leicester Canine Society Show which was held Bank Holiday Monday 27 August. Breed Judge for the day was Catherine Thompson ("Latchkey"). She found her Best Puppy in Breed and Reserve Best of Breed in Dennis - All Because of You. Dennis proved himself very much on form that day and in the group, by scooping Working Puppy Group 1 !!!!!
The British Boxer was a good day for us, with Miss Sarajevo turning the tables on brother Dennis, with her taking an excellent second in her first Puppy Bitch class, having just turned 9 months of age. Not to be outdone, Dennis was VHC in his class, and a repeat of that the following week under breed specialist judge Veronica Feaver ("Sugarwood") at Bournemouth Ch Show. However, Yasmin certainly upped the stakes again that day by winning her class at Bournemouth, and in excellent company!
July
July was a quieter month for us with a few shows snook in, including the Midland Boxer Club's summer show at Nether Whitacre. Dennis notched up a win and a 2nd, and his sister was also placed in both her classes. We missed East of England :-( but it was soon on to Leeds, where Dennis was third in his breed class and an excellent fifth in the Minor Puppy Stakes!
June
June is Blackpool and Windsor time - Blackpool show was unfortunately cancelled due to extremely adverse weather meaning the two puppies had a weekend off. However, Windsor show soon follows Blackpool and, not letting the side down, Dennis - Daervlish All Because of You won his MPD class, with litter sister Miss Sarajevo - Yasmin - taking a good 2nd in her class. Upping his game later in the day, Dennis showed his socks off as the sun beat down in the ring, and notched up a Best Puppy Dog! Thank you to Judge Meg Purnell-Carpenter (Overhills).
It was a wet Three Counties Ch Show at Malvern on 7 June, with the boys keeping the side up under breed Judge Lorraine Webb (Mauraine). Beautiful Day had a cracking third in Limit Dog, which class was won by the eventual CC and BOB winner on the day. However, not to be outdone, new boy All Because of You followed his winning ways from the previous week in Berkshire with a 1st in Minor Puppy Dog!
A good start to June for the new puppies Miss Sarajevo and All Because of You, both of whom won their Minor Puppy classes at Southern Counties Ch Show under breed Judge Hans Almgren!
May
The new puppies have begun their show careers and are settling into the job nicely. In fact, Miss Sarajevo won her class under Clare Lock at Coventry & District KA, but it was litter brother All Because of You who beat her for Best Puppy, going on to PG4 under Rodney Oldham.
Club shows have been filling the recent weeks, with the Mancunian and Northern Boxer Clubs hosting ... The Northern Boxer Club Show was another good one for us, with Beautiful Day notching another super second in his Limit Dog class - again in excellent company - with Judge Steve Gething in charge for the day. Our new recruits are also being put through their paces ready for their debuts at the start of May.....!
April
With a very heavy heart, we had to say goodbye to our beloved Ronnee (Jolegi Canned Heat for Daervlish). She is behind all our current boxers and losing her has left a huge gap here at Daervlish...... Thankfully, she lives on in her children and their children, and with new kids Dennis and Yasmin about to make their debut, we have a focus but remember
March
Essex & Eastern Counties Ch Show was our last outing, where Beautiful Day went one better than at his last show by winning a lovely Limit Dog Class, and then being shortlisted for the CC, huge thank you to Judge was Jenny Whittaker (Bucksteps).
The Mancunian Boxer Club show followed the week after, and although not repeating his win like the previous week, Beautiful Day didn't let the side down, and was shorted in a massive Limit Class.
Jan and Feb News 2012!!!:
Beautiful Day has started the year well - a cracking 2nd in Limit Dog at the Anglian Ch show (judge : Edna Woods - Sandyne). Crufts is really not that far away and we are also enjoying watching the new pup duo (Sarajevo and Because of You) who we hope to campaign alongside Beautiful Day and his sister (Far Away So Close) who will make a few appearances in the Spring.
December
Christmas and New Year brought a welcome break from the busy show scene, however not resting on our laurels we were kept "occupied"(!) with the puppies and also a large event we worked on at Stoneleigh for Ashborne & District CS.
We're looking forward to 2012, especially as we have a couple of promising new kids on the block who will make their debut in April. One of them is RED - we've not had reds in the kennels for 20 years or so!
Look out for:
Daervlish All Because of You (br/w dog)
&
Daervlish Miss Sarajevo (r/w bitch)
[pics to follow soon]
Both are out of our own Stellvana You Wear it Well for Manic, and sired by Walkon Okey Dokey with Lanfrese.
October
Only a few shows attended, but Beautiful Day continues to keep the side up with placings in his Limit Classes, including 3rd Limit Dog in a class of 15 under All Rounder, Ann Arch, at Midland Counties Championship Show.
September
Another good show weekend in Irleland is under the belt of Beautiful Day who at the Irish Boxer Club Ch Show (Judge Mark Johnston, Blueprint Australia) was 2nd in a cracking Post Grad class.
He went one better the following day at Belfast Ch Show under judge Julie Cook (Manic). Ryley won a superb Post Grad class to follow on from his Limit Dog class win at the British.
***
The annual pilgrammage across the waters to Ireland is fast approaching, and so our next shows will be the Irish Boxer, followed by Belfast general Champ Show. There are bound to be lots of "wine flows" over the two days if previous years are anything to go by, and we'll hopefully update again at the end of the month.
Ashley will be at the helm at home and at Stoneleigh catering for more during the Irish trip, with repeat breed club clients asking us to work with them at their shows .... A huge thank you to them and all our clients so far this year, for their support and very positive feedback....
July/August
The Summer Championship Shows are flowing thick and fast and generally, it's been a busy busy time at Daervlish - both with work at Stoneleigh (AJ Catering) but also on the show and home front.... We did, hoewver, manage to squeeze a Greek holiday, followed by more work and little play(!) and missing Richmond Champ Show's closing date somewhere in between - doh! ....
Beautiful Day in the meantime hasn't let us down, securing places in all his Limit Dog classes, but culminating most recently in winning his class under Mandy Vearnecome (Ruption) at the Midland Boxer, and going Reserve Best Dog (thank you Mandy), but also the highlight winning a cracking Limit Dog class at the Briitsh Boxer Champ Show and being in the last 4 for the CC. A huge thank you to Judge on the day Suzanne Carter (Susancar).
June
June is here and just for a moment we also thought Summer had arrived, however the weather's had other ideas!!!
Our next show was was Southern Counties with Beautiful Day notching another cracking place in Limit Dog under Kirsi Lammanen from Finland.
We also have a new kid on the block with the arrival of Stellvana You Wear it Well for Manic ("Issy"). We also hope to have a litter from Far Away So Close (litter sister to Beautiful Day) later this year ... enquiries welcome ....
April/May
Quieter months at Daervlish with a handful of show attended.
However, the side was not let down with Beautiful Day taking a smashing 2nd in Limit Dog under breed Judge Eric Hancock (Kathphiler). Show was Working & Pastoral Breeds of Wales.
A judging appointment at Birmingham National Ch Show followed in May for Debbi, and a couple of weeks' break from the shows to work on the family business followed.....
March
The annual Boxer Dog of the Year Event has just been and gone - it was a great event, as usual, and celebrated the best of the best from the last show year.
Next event on the calendar is of course Crufts - Friday 11 March.
February
Spring is almost here and as we write, our Daervlish boxers are enjoying some sunshine on their backs, and our flock of chickens are lapping up the rays by laying their wings flat out to make the most of the warmth!
January
Happy New Year, eveyone ... All the very best to you all.
With a heavy heart, we said goodbye to Daervlish Don't Talk Boogie (Smartie) on New Years Eve. To say we are heartbroken is an understatement .... She was 8 and a tad. Her mum Ronnee (almost 12) seems lost without her, bless her ... Smartie's left a huge gap here at Daervlish but we look to the future, and a good year for the kennel with Beautiful Day for Daervlish JW chomping at the bit to get "back out" in the ring for a fresh year of shows and venues ... Look out for him!
Losing Smartie has been so hard, but helping to keep up our chipper are some interesting new babies waiting in the pipeline ... watch this space for details.
December
Well, another show year over and another good one for the kennel with Beautiful Day rounding off 2010 with a super 2nd in his post grad class at LKA under Linda Carnaby (Tartarian).
TO ALL OUR FRIENDS, FAMILY &
FELLOW BOXER OWNERS...
"WISHING YOU ALL A
VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS &
HAPPY NEW YEAR"
November
The puppies are keeping us well and truly busy(!) and November has also been a busy month for shows. Beautiful Day kept his run of wins going with another lovely Post Grad class win at South Wales Boxer Club Ch Show. Judge for the day was Amanda Jinks (Stangard).
Well, November is here already and the baby puppies will be 2 weeks old mid week ... Time is flying, that's for sure!!
The end of October has been a good one for the kennel with Beautiful Day winning a cracking Post Grad class at Midland Counties Ch Show under Breed Judge Sue Ballinger, Tynteville, and then two days later at the Mancunian Boxer Club, he won his class, was Best Dog and Reserve Best in Show. Judge for the day was Alice Robinson, Robinsteck). Many thanks indeed to both Judges .....!!

STOP PRESS: Daervlish Sweetest Thing is confirmed in whelp, with puppies due mid October - genuine enquiries welcome (see stud/puppy availability).
It's been hands on deck again during August with work commitments and being spoiled even with a well earned holiday(!), however, early September saw City of Birmingham Ch Show at it's now established home of Stoneleigh Park. Judge for the day was respected all round Stuart Mallard, who gave Ryley a super 1st in his Post Graduate Class.
Ryley's latest babies are also doing great and looking forward to joining their new homes - there are still dog puppies available to permanent, loving homes - all enquiries in the first instance to Peter and Marie Ruffle (see "stud/pupy availability" page for details).
We are also gearing up for the annual trip across the sea to Ireland and the infamous "Irish Weekend"!!! Team Daervlish will be represented by Beautiful Day, travelling alongside fellow Kennel Manic boxerites!
July
It's been a hectic one with work at the KC Building and AJ Catering providing services to a couple of breed clubs.
The show scene has also been busy, with shows pretty much each weekend. Ryley is still in cards and maturing nicely, as are his two young sons residing at Clarkenwells.....!
May/June
.. We are just a little proud to announce that CLARKENWELLS VOGUE TRADER is now a UK Champion. By Ch CLarkenwells Rogue Trader x Daervlish Wild Honey at Clarkenwells, "Dottie" achieved her 3rd and qualifying CC under breed specialist Paul Russell (Rustar). Thank you to all judges who have thought so highly of her - we are proud to have played a part, having bred mum "Honey" x Jolegi Canned Heat for Daevlish ......
Not to be outdone by his half sister above (Dottie), Ryley notched another excellent 2nd in his post grad class under the same judge, with baby sister to Dottie ("Molly") taking a good third in her Junior Class (Clarkenwells Trade Secret at Uftonponds) - handled by Debbi on the day. Ryley's son "Ritchie" (Clarkenwells Bit of a Rogue) also kept the show side up for the boys with a lovely 2nd place in his class and his very first show ....!
***
"Nickleback Angel of Harlem" - will hopefully make her debut soon (Ch Koppernox Mickey Finn x Daervlish Sweetest Thing).... Thank you mum, aka Sarah Blakemore & Family!
May saw a brief break from the show scene for the kennels which was a welcome time away given unexpected personal circumstances for the family. However, time ticked on and before we knew it, it was June! Ryley notched another good 3rd in one of his post grad classes (Birmingham National, Fearn Pynegar), and his "sister on paper" Clarkenwells Trade Secret continues her good run in her puppy classes.
Ryley's first babies are not babies any more, indeed one of them makes a debut very shortly - watch out for him: Clarkenwells Bit of a Rogue ("Ritchie")
April
April's been a good one so far for Ryley with 2nd at the Mancunian Boxer Ch show in Post Grad (Judge Jeff Luscott), and 2nd Post Grad at the Northern Ch Show (Judge Michael Quinney). Ryley also notched up another 2nd place under Walker Miller (Walkon) at W&PBAW !!
Congratulations also to Clarkenwells Vogue Trader on her 2nd CC at W&PBAW - Judge Walker Miller. Well done also to Clarkenwells Trade Secret at Uftonponds (a repeat of Vogue Trader and who's mum, and indeed Vogue Trader's mum are litter sisters to Ryley's mum), who took an excellent 2nd in her puppy class under Judge Walker Miller, and also 3rd place the following day under Marion Cowan at the Merseyside. The weekend ended with a 5th for Ryley at the Merseyside from his post grad class (Judge Ann Wildman - Wildax). A weary driver is glad to now put their feet up given the driving done this weekend!!
March
Ryley's had a great start to the month with an excellent 2nd place in his Post Grad class at the Midland Boxer Ch Show (Judge breed specialist Orietta Zilli from Italy) and a class win in Post Grad at the Scottish Boxer Ch Show (Judge, breed specialist David Webb, Cherryside). At that same show, Daervlish were delighted to see Clarkenwells Vogue Trader (Ch Clarkenwells Rogue Trader x Daervlish Wild Honey at Clarkenwells) take her first CC following a string of RCC's to date. She also went BIS, and so the journey from snowy Lanark back home to the Midlands seemed to fly, as we were certainly flying high!!! "Dottie" is bred on paper exactly the same way as Beautiful Day, ie their mums are litter sisters .... !
Recent puppies by Ryley are also looking very promising. He is confidently offered at stud to approved bitches and sires very much like himself: huge round bound, blocky heads and muzzles, lovely eye shape......
We also have certain projects at home now for the rest of the month of March and so hope to update again early April.
January/February
Saturday 13 Feb was the date of the Midland Boxer Club Ch Show, where Orietta Zilla officiated (Italy). She awarded Ryley 2nd in his Post Grad class .......
Ryley was 5th in a good Post Grad class under breed Judge Dawn Pilling (Anglian Boxer Club). However, at the Merseyside Boxer Club a week later, we were delighted with a class win from Post Graduate, and Reserve Best Dog. Far Away So Close also kept the side up with a lovely 2nd (to the Res. Best Bitch) in her Post Grad class at the same show (Judge Mr T Johnston).
Happy New Year
Christmas and New Year have long since past and we're way into January already - where does time fly to?! We're looking forward to the new show calendar, with our first outing being Manchester Championship Show at Stafford.
Ryley's first babies are almost 6 weeks - see puppy page for some pictures. We're really pleased with them, as are their breeder, Laura Clark (enquiries welcome).
November/December
Ryley's first litter have now safely arrived .... they're looking very promising!!
Ryley's also continued his good run with excellent placings to the end of the show year. We're all looking forward to a short break from the show scene, mulled wine, lots of turkey and mince pies(!)
After a couple of good 3rd's towards the end of October, Ryley started November in style, by winning Best Dog and Best in Show at the Northern Boxer Club Limited Show where breed Judge for the day was Mrs Christine Breakspear (Porth). A big thank you to the Judge from us all. Ry's first puppies are also due December.
Puppies by D. Sweetest Thing (dam of Ryley ex Ch Koppernox Mickey Finn) are also soon due. We're looking forward to welcoming them into the world w/c 9 November.
September/October
Driffield Ch Show has also been and gone, with Beautiful Day taking a respectable Res. in his Yearling Class. However, just two days later at the Trent Boxer Club Ch Show, he won a cracking Graduade Dog class under Breed Judge Carol Schofield (Koppernox), and was in the last 4 for the CC - well done Ryley.
Our annual trip to Ireland meant lots of great company with friends and fellow boxerites, staying at the Highways Hotel, Larne. Thank you to the staff for making us feel welcome - as usual!!! Whilst we didn't collect up the wins as we usually do(!), it was a fab weekend.
PUPPY NEWS: Dam of Beautiful Day - Sweetest Thing - has been mated to Ch Koppernox Mickey Finn. We are pleased to confirm she is in whelp with babies due in November. Enquiries welcome.
Ryley's had a good run again, winning his class at City of Birmingham Champ Show, under Juge Anne Ingram (Tirkane). He was also 2nd in Yearling Dog at Richmond Ch Show under Judge Stuart Lockwood-Brown (Shiloh).
August
SKC show was held w/end of 29 August, with Judge Yvonne Miller (Walkon) in command of both sexes, with Beautiful Day collecting up another super class win in Yearling Dog. IT was another of the "long show journies" that sit on the show calender (Edinburgh Showground, Ingliston - next to Edinburgh Airport), but it was well worth the trip!!!
Ryley also received confirmation of his Junior Warrant this month - well done lad!! And a huge thank you must also follow on from that to his breeder Ste Bibb for letting me steal him!!!
Well, Builth Wells Showground was the far-flung venue for the latest show - The Welsh Kennel Club Champ Show on 22 August - and whilst not a far away show as the crow flies, the journey there seems to take forever with too many a twist and turn for anyone with a quesy tummy!!!
The journey wasn't in vain, however, with Ryley clocking another 1st in Yearling Dog - our thanks go to Judge Lorraine Webb (Mauraine) for spotting him ......
August 20 saw "mum" and "dad" at Daervlish go and see mum's idols at Don Valley, Sheffield - what a night and a concert of a lifetime, as always .... You rock guys - thanks for changing my life with your music since I was 12!!!!
The weekend of 22/23 August sees The Welsh KC Ch show at Builth ... results up shortly.....
At the Midland Boxer Club Open Show (Judge Jeanine Pye), Ryley won his class with litter sister Lulu taking 2nd place in her class - well done to both!

May/June/July News .....
Beautiful Day has been heart tested clear ("0") score and we hope to prove him shortly, after which he will be offered at stud.
The summer shows are now well under way and it's been a good few months for the Daervlish Team.
Beautiful Day has notched up some lovely class wins in Yearling Dog ....
He won his classes at Three Counties (Judge Maurice Webb); Blackpool (Judge Isolbel Edison); Windsor (Judge Linda Carnaby).
Close on his heels has been his lightly shown sister who, on her sparse outings has not been out of the cards, including 2nd in Junior Bitch at Working Breeds of Wales (Terry Donovan).
Puppies?!
We will hopefully have puppies in the Autumn, mating Vertigo (Beryl) late Summer. Genuine advance enquiries welcome.
October
Daervlish Sweetest Thing for Nickleback is currently nursing a litter to Ch Walkon Maid n Issue ... We have dog puppies available - genuine enquiries welcome.
A new month and things had kicked off nicely with a super 2nd in his class for Beautiful Day. Judge for the day for Veronica Feaver (Sugarwood); and show was Trent Boxer Ch show. We are also looking forward to the arrival of Sweetest Thing's babies, due mid October...
August/September
Another Irish weekend has been and gone - a good one for Daervlish with Beautiful Day winning his class under breed judge Janice Mair (Glenauld).
Bournemouth Ch Show has now been and gone, with Ryley notching another 2nd place in Yearling (Judge, Barbara Morison - Xandene).
At the British Boxer Club, Ryley was 2nd in Yearling Dog (Judge Helen Banks) and 5th at Paignton the following day .... Next outing will be Bournemouth under breed judge Barbara Morrison.
